    I'm a slowly starting in the am. It took me about 10 minutes to make the name-condition connection here.

    I have a friend (more a friend of the family) in the same boots. It's pretty stunning, to the uninitiated, just how much of the food in our lives has gluten in it.

    I was also pretty surprised, actually, to discover how many alternates have been developed.

    Thanks for the donation -- I hate asking for money, but since I'm in the race, I figured I should try to swing a bat/pass the boot for the hospital. As they say, every little bit...
