Hi fellow Celiac. I have been searching the blogs for a while and you're the first one I've stumbled across. I've been gluten free since 2006. Changed my life and saved it. I'll be back to visit. It would be nice to read more from another one of us "high maintenance" ones (what hubby refers to me as) HA.
